A Heartfelt Thanks

My family and I would like to send you a heartfelt thanks for all you have done for us . I don’t know if there enough words to express our gratitude. To All: Ross Keit Helen Keit Team Keller Williams In November of 2016 my family suffered a great loss and trying to deal with the emotions of the loss as well as selling our family home that has been there for over 60 years. From the start Ross was honest, direct and extremely helpful in letting us know how the process in New York worked so there wouldn’t be any surprises. He helped us set a price and explained what we might expect during the listing period. Ross went above and beyond what any realtor I have experienced with in attending to showings as well as care for our family home. He was professional, gave attention to all details and was proactive in all the issues that arose. We honestly could not have done this without Ross’s help. He consistently kept all of my family members in the loop what was selling in the area and what and when to adjust the price if needed . Ross not only gave us contacts that you for the clean out, plumbers, etc . and since we were all from out of town he was there to make sure it was all issues were handled in a smooth and time efficient manner. Through this time we grew to appreciate his high energy, humor and great work ethic. He listened to all four of our concerns and never did he seem overwhelmed by our constant and sometime repetitive questions and phone calls. He was there to answer our calls anytime , day & night. The closing process went smoothly and we were all happy with how well he kept us all informed . Again, I could go on and on about how pleased and thankful my family was to have Ross as our real estate agent. We all feel we could not have handled this without his help and understanding. Four out of state family members selling their family home is a lot to deal with and Ross treated each of us with respect and as if each of us was his only client,,, again we are forever grateful. Sincerely, Dorothy Brennan
