The median home prices for Queens, Nassau and Suffolk Counties for December 2021 all increased
over the previous year’s report.

Queens closed median home price was $685,000 representing a 5.4% Change over last December.

Nassau County reported a median price of $645,000 – a 6.6% change over
last year.

Suffolk County reported a closed median home price of $525,000 – a 9.4% increase from
last year.

The number of residential listings is down 20% just from this November’s number for sale and down
34.5% from the number for sale last year at this time. This is contributing to fewer sales contracted
This December in Nassau and Suffolk Counties.
